A quiet, family run park since 2001, just 100 yards from the shore with views over Morecambe Bay to the Lake District. We have static caravans, seasonal pitches, and space for tourers and motorhomes. We don't do rentals or tents.

Why Sandside
Peaceful, pure and properly looked after.
Sandside is a small, quiet park on the shore at Bolton le Sands. There are no clubhouses, arcades or entertainment, just open views across Morecambe Bay to the Lakeland fells and a well kept site to come back to.
We have looked after the park as a family since 2001. Pitches are tidy, the toilet block is heated and kept clean, and the office is open Monday to Friday if you need anything.

Where we are
On the shore at Bolton le Sands
Sandside is on the Lancashire coast between Morecambe and Carnforth, about 10 minutes from junction 34 or 35 of the M6. The village has three pubs, a chippy and a shop within walking distance, and the Lancaster Canal towpath runs through it.
Lancaster is 15 minutes away, Kendal 25 and Windermere about 40. Our local area guide covers walks, places to eat and how to get here by car, train and bus.

Do you have caravans to rent?
No. Sandside is for static caravan owners and touring caravans and motorhomes. We don't have rental caravans and we no longer take tents.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times. The shore and canal towpath are right on the doorstep.
How far is the beach?
About 100 yards. The park looks straight out over Morecambe Bay to the Lakeland fells.
What pitches do you have for tourers?
All touring pitches are hard standing. 20 are super pitches with electric, water and waste water at the pitch.
